By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, and content on this website are owned by OanaTheOana and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs without explicit written permission.

2. Products & Fulfillment

Our products are made-to-order through Printful, a print-on-demand service. Each item is crafted after your order is placed. Because of this:

  • Colors, sizes, and placement of designs may vary slightly.

  • We cannot guarantee exact matches between product photos and the final item.

3. Orders & Payment

  • Prices are listed in USD (or your local currency) and include applicable taxes.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout to confirm your order.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraud or pricing errors.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives with a problem, contact us at portorice@gmail.com within 7 days  of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will work with Printful to replace or refund the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide through Printful. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damages caused by improper use of products

  • Delays or errors in shipping

  • Any loss resulting from use of our products

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our site, you agree to the collection and use of data as outlined there.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. By using this website, you agree that any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
